This role ensures MXEL's token launch is executed with precision, transparency, and investor confidence. They coordinate liquidity, investor communications, regulatory alignment, launch timing, and post-listing support across both DEX and CEX environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute the Pre-ICO and ICO launch plan

Develop liquidity strategies with Solana DEX partners

Coordinate listing negotiations with centralized exchanges

Oversee token launch announcements and investor communications

Manage treasury operations and market-making coordination

Ensure compliance alignment and proper documentation for listings

Analyze token performance, supply dynamics, and circulation metrics

Support governance, staking, and long-term token utility planning
