The Head of Partnerships & Creator Ecosystem leads MXEL's expansion into the global creator community. This role focuses on building relationships with YouTubers, TikTok creators, streamers, podcasters, and creative agencies to establish MXEL as a foundational reward layer for online creators.

Role Overview

This leader manages all creator-focused partnerships, onboarding flows, promotional collaborations, and educational initiatives. Their mission is to help creators understand MXEL, integrate their channels, and begin earning rewards from supporters and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies

Manage onboarding programs for YouTubers, streamers, and multi-platform creators

Develop partner incentives and promotional agreements

Coordinate co-branded content, interviews, and launch campaigns

Oversee workflows for verifying platform accounts and subscriber analytics

Represent MXEL in creator conferences, digital events, and partner networks

Manage creator support, FAQs, onboarding materials, and partner documentation

Collaborate with the CMO on social and campaign integrations
