Chief Marketing & Growth Officer

The Chief Marketing & Growth Officer drives MXEL's global expansion and creator adoption. This role is responsible for transforming MXEL from a breakthrough idea into a mainstream creator-economy platform used by millions of creators and supporters worldwide.

Role Overview

The CMO leads all growth initiatives across creator outreach, digital marketing, influencer collaborations, paid acquisition, social media strategy, and overall brand direction. As the architect of MXEL's public presence, this leader develops high-impact campaigns that attract creators, educate audiences, and fuel the creator reward ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Build the global MXEL marketing roadmap across YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram, Twitch, and creator communities
Develop acquisition funnels to onboard creators at scale
Lead paid advertising campaigns and retargeting
Build relationships with creators, agencies, and digital media partners
Design pre-ICO brand strategy and growth campaigns
Coordinate influencer programs and promotional content
Oversee website content, messaging, and brand identity
Manage community engagement, social content, and outreach
Work closely with partnerships and token strategy teams during launch periods
Measure growth KPIs, creator onboarding metrics, and campaign ROI
