The $0.01 base price and multipliers are ONLY valid during the Pre-ICO Early Investor Sale. This program permanently ends when the ICO launches. After ICO, MXEL can ONLY be purchased at market price on exchanges.
The investor program has a hard cap of 1.68 billion MXEL tokens (10% of total supply). When this allocation is exhausted, the program closes permanently. Any remaining tokens are reallocated to the patron rewards pool.
Higher multiplier tiers (10x, 7.5x, 5x) have vesting schedules to prevent immediate dumps and align incentives long-term. Lower tiers (3x and below) unlock 100% at TGE with no vesting.
All investor funds are secured by Solana smart contracts with multi-signature requirements. The program is hardcoded to reject any transactions after ICO begins.
