Skills and requirements needed
- Basic knowledge of WordPress (page and post creation)
- Facebook groups and pages management and administration
- Basic understanding of Excel and Word (Google Docs, Spreadsheet)
- Good understanding of English, speaking and reading
- Being organize and discipline
- Able to self-administer and schedule their work efficiently
- Having access to a PC or Mac full-time during working hours, no software needed
- Willingness to learn new fields (Internet marketing, crowdfunding…)
- Have a PayPal account or similar to receive your salary (can be open using BDO, BPI account, no problem)
- “Stable” Internet connection. 1 mbit/s is enough.
- Being available 5 days a week for 8 hours a day, unless negotiated otherwise.
- A quiet place to work from home.
- Preferably, the virtual assistant can work during the day (Manila time)
- Check emails, notifications and messages from the social medias
- Reply to the messages if needed
- Gather data and perform data entry for our websites
- Browse indicated websites for blogs and information needed for our business
- In time as the knowledge is gained; start campaigns on Magic Submitter, promote videos on YouTube, promote Facebook pages, posts etc…
- “Build” websites using OptimizePress, mainly data entry
- Keep me updated of the progress of the projects
- Spin content and post to website (using automated tools)
- Moderate comments on YouTube and on the website.
- Communicate with me via Skype or similar for weekly meeting and updates.
Description of the business
I own a few businesses; the one I need help with is the electric and manufacturing one. The other one is in brain supplements and the nootropic space.
